KUNEO operates a digital platform connecting private individuals offering accommodation in their homes (the "Hosts") with users wishing to book a stay (the "Travelers").
KUNEO acts exclusively as an intermediary facilitating the match and as a collection mandate agent. It is not a party to the rental agreement entered into between the Host and the Traveler and does not have the status of a tour operator, package tour seller, or travel agent within the meaning of the French Tourism Code.
Payment services are provided by Stripe Payments Europe Limited, a licensed payment service provider, under the Stripe Connect framework.
