KUNEO operates a digital platform connecting private individuals offering accommodation in their homes (the \"Hosts<\/strong>\") with users wishing to book a stay (the \"Travelers<\/strong>\").<\/p>\n\n


KUNEO acts exclusively as an intermediary facilitating the match and as a collection mandate agent. It is not a party to the rental agreement entered into between the Host and the Traveler and does not have the status of a tour operator, package tour seller, or travel agent within the meaning of the French Tourism Code.<\/p>\n\n

Payment services are provided by Stripe Payments Europe Limited<\/strong>, a licensed payment service provider, under the Stripe Connect framework.<\/p>\n\n
